Our Approach

A Seed Project Manager is appointed to each individual project to manage the process from start to finish and is responsible for our delivery, timeframes, budgets and communications, regularly liaising with all stakeholders to ensure they are kept informed and engaged. All of our Project Managers are experienced in delivering restoration schemes while working within the constraints of insurance policies and client briefs. The Project Manager is supported by our friendly team of Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Building and Construction Professionals who are vastly experienced and trained in delivering most aspects of property repairs and restorations. Our team of skilled in-house contractors are able to tackle the most complex of structures, settings and schemes. Where specialist operations are required we bring in the right partner from our approved panel of sub-contractors or consultants to ensure the most suitable approach is taken.
