Nic has over 20  years’ experience in the environmental and human health sector. Nic originally followed a career in the human health and medical field in the U.K. and U.S.A., holding a human health related MSc. Degree. Upon returning to the U.K. in 2004, Nic took a ‘temporary’ role assisting with the operations of Paulex Environmental (a small family company offering spill response equipment and products to industry) and quickly identified opportunities for growth through the provision of environmental and human health services.

Nic became the Managing Director of Paulex in 2008 and, having undertaken a course in Environmental Geology at The University of Exeter, strategically developed Paulex into a multifaceted company delivering spill solutions, training, remediation services and environmental consulting expertise throughout the U.K. and Overseas, specialising in the insurance market, bespoke remediation systems and larger scale contaminated land regeneration.

Nic joined the board of Seed Environmental in the summer of 2020 following a successful merger with Paulex and is ultimately responsible for the U.K. ECM (Environmental Claims Management) operations. Nic will also be focusing on continued development of the ECM business, growth of  operations in the brownfield regeneration and contaminated land remediation sector along with diversification into new opportunities.
