Having graduated with a BSc in Environmental Science from University of Manchester in 2003, Andrew began his career working in the contaminated land industry with WISER, Campbell Reith Hill and WSP. In 2008 Andrew joined OHES as a principal consultant and in this role he was introduced to the fast paced, complicated and exciting world of pollution incident and response services. Andrew became a team leader managing an environmental claims management team serving fuel companies, insurers, loss adjusters, local authorities and private commercial clients and had direct responsibility and accountability for all project delivery within the East of England.

Whilst at OHES Andrew worked closely with a range of stakeholders, from insurers and loss adjusters, engineers and regulators, to land and building owners/developers. This led to the creation of Seed Environmental in 2013 where the business began life primarily in the UK environmental claims management market. Seed Environmental’s core services comprise bespoke and sustainable solutions for managing pollution events and adverse environmental incidents.
