Seed joins Celnor to strengthen Safety & Compliance division.

We are delighted to announce that Seed are becoming a member of the Celnor Group.

Celnor has acquired a majority stake in Seed and brings additional investment in technology, people and marketing to further add to our development and capabilities. Seed’s management team, led by Andrew Matley, Matthew Watts, Nicholas Mullen, Brian Doyle and Daryl Patton, will remain shareholders in the business and will continue to lead the company alongside the excellent team of Seed employees.

As a member of the Group, we will evolve and grow to increase our resources and resilience, while working collaboratively with other member companies to provide Clients and Customers with the same great personal service but with a wider range of capabilities and services.
