Karen is HR manager for Seed Environmental, where she leads the HR function, ensuring that the organisation is able to achieve its strategic aspirations through attracting, developing and retaining great people.

With 14 years HR experience Karen is a fully qualified HR practitioner and holds the postgraduate CIPD PDS and is a member of the CIPD.  She started her career with Pipex Internet as an HR advisor where she studied for her qualifications, before moving on to TUI UK & I where she gained invaluable experience working across a number of different business areas. Working on all aspects of HR and people development before progressing into the role of HR business partner in 2012, Karen brings a wealth of knowledge to Seed Environmental.
